Comments: Today I came across raffle ticket stubs for The Gaby Davis foundation when I was cleaning my husbands home office and was compelled to read Gaby's story. I have spent the last 2 hours reading about your beautiful daughter and the legacy that you are carry on in her memory. What struck me as I read each journal entry is the parallel in Gabby's story, with that of my daughter Alyssa's journey. Alyssa was diagnosed with acute mylogenous leukemia on May 24, 2006 at the age of 5. She fought for 18 months, but passed away October 11, 2007. My heart goes out to you and your family. What a beautiful way to carry on your daughter's memory and grant her wish to help others. She was a beautiful girl, and in fact as I scrolled through her pictures, there were times that I thought I was looking at pictures of Alyssa. They looked very similar to each other. Maybe our beautiful Angels are dancing around in Heaven together, spreading sunshine and love to everyone around them?
